Guest：This was a fantastic stay. Very relaxing atmosphere - really no need to leave the hotel. The restaurant is also a treat. Try the cocktails made by Andres and Raoul.
Guest：As soon as we arrived at the entrance, we were greeted with so much warmth and courtesy. We received a refreshing traditional beverage and cool towel to refresh and relax us after our journey from our previous location. We were greeted with an impressive hotel with the crispness of everything in the lobby. Our check-in was seamless and we, along with our luggage were escorted to our room that WOWED us to the point we were speechless. The spacious room with high ceilings was decorated impeccably. We then were WOWED again with the incredible size of the bathroom. The entire space was maintained beautifully. There was a traditional welcome beverage with instructions that was truly refreshing. We were also spoiled with an evening desert that is a local delicacy during our evening turn down. It was accompanied by an offering of local teas. They even laid out complementary slippers for us at bed. For a buffet style breakfast, it was great with the offering of local recipes. I would not have tried most of the foods and now they are some of my favorites. We had dinner in the hotel’s restaurant and it did not disappoint. It was a simple menu but the offerings were traditional Ecuadorian dishes. I couldn’t get enough of the ceviche. The sangria was amazing with its mix of flavors and the fresh fruit as its accompaniment. The staff was knowledgeable about the surroundings. They helped guide us to the local zoo and surrounding restaurants if we chose for other eating options. We were able to stay two nights on two different occasions and each time, we were treated with the same level of great service and a beautiful spacious room. Great hospitality and a wonderful experience!!
