Guest：I would love to book the hotel once more next time, I felt at home. The waiters and the cleaners were welcoming and kind to me and my colleagues so I am sure they also enjoyed a stay there. There was a guy there who was excelling in serving us food, he is light skinned and short both in height and hair cut; if had my way I would promote him, he is so patient and kind serving with no complain.
Guest：The bathroom needs a bit of maintenence and deep clean. Please keep curtains and hallway carpet clean. Would be nice if they had more halaal options at restaurant. The restaurant staff need to know what exactly is on their menu and if their meat is halaal
Guest：Great employees who takes pride in their work and provide superior service and experience to the guests. The location of the hotel is closer to my areas where I was doing business and easy access to many interesting destinations within Durban Central. I would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends also colleagues.
Guest：Comfortable rooms with good workspaces, friendly and helpful staff who assisted with all requests made this a great place to stay whilst travelling on business. The decent breakfast and different evening meal selections made this an enjoyable stay.
