Guest：We came back here for another night as it was value for money and a nice resort. NIce people too the service was great from everyone greeting and all the staff were courteous. Will be back if we come to Goa again. This time we booked 2 rooms for 3 of us to have a bit more comfort. Room was given slightly late due to a wedding the previous day but we were in no rush. However the only downside was a person called me without saying the check out time and just asked to collect the bags. This was not right in my opinion and he could have said whenever ur ready before check out. He called at 11:30 when check out is at 12. This they should improve on especially when the room was given later than check in time.
Guest：Pleasant stay with a pool and beach nearby, and generally friendly staff. Areas for improvement: the lack of sunbeds, as some guests reserve them early in the morning without using them, and the reception service. The reception staff asked us to pay for the New Year’s Eve party, which was not mentioned at the time of booking, delaying access to our room by an hour. Clearer management would be appreciated.
Guest：Отель понравился, сервис, приехали, нас встретил русскоговорящий человек, отель нанял в период праздников, чтобы рассказать об услугах отеля, мероприятиях и тд. Понравилось чистота, ухоженная, территория, пляж. Сначала нам2 ночи бронировали, потом продлили еще на 3 ночи и остались в отеле
