Guest：Our stay at Sapa Village Hotel was absolutely memorable! The hotel is beautifully located in the heart of Sapa, offering stunning mountain and cloud views right from the balcony. The glass elevator is such a unique feature — you can see the whole town as you go up and down. We booked 2 rooms on the 7th floor for our family and loved the spacious terrace where we enjoyed a private BBQ night. The food was delicious, and the view in the evening was sparkling and magical. Waking up to the misty mountains and having a cup of coffee in the cool morning breeze felt so peaceful. The staff deserve special praise — they were always smiling, kind, and very attentive. I still remember one evening when it started to rain, and a staff member quickly came with umbrellas to help us. Little gestures like that made us feel truly cared for. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with warm hospitality, great food, and one of the best views in Sapa! ???
Guest：I stayed at Sapa Village Hotel and overall I had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent—quiet alley, yet only about 10 minutes’ walk to the Stone Church, local market, lake and center of town. The view from many rooms is beautiful, looking out over Ham Rong mountain and Sapa Lake. The rooms are cozy and well-equipped: comfortable beds, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and modern bathrooms. Staff are friendly and responsive; breakfast is nice. For the price, this boutique 3-star hotel offers solid value. If you like a calm stay with good views, it's a strong choice.
