Guest：We had a lovely time. The staff was super friendly and the property was clean and well maintained. Loved the all the amenities but the hotel still had a nice boutique feeling. Would definitely recommend!
Guest：My family and I booked Crystal Waters for a 10 night stay and we were very much looking forward to it! The photos and reviews looked promising, unfortunately it did not live up to our expectations. We found that for the price that was being charged per night (in the $600/night range), the amenities were seriously lacking and the staff, albeit very friendly, were not attentive. The amenities in our rooms were inexistent - we were only provided with 1 towel per person, a broken kettle, no coffee machine and they do not replenish water upon cleaning of the rooms. The air conditioning worked great, however be warned that it does shut off anytime you open a door or window to the room. The staff would also leave the balcony doors open after servicing the room, so we would come back to an extremely hot room (it was over 45 degrees during our stay). The staff was very nice, however not attentive to guest needs. The location is great! Very close to shops, grocery stores, good restaurants (we would highly recommend Yianni’s) and only a 15 minute drive into Lefkada town. The parking was also very convenient, which was great! We never had an issue with our car. The grounds are also beautiful and well maintained, as well as the pool area was clean and inviting. (Just a small note, if you cannot do stairs, this might not be the right hotel for you) Overall, our stay was very nice and we enjoyed our time in Lefkada, however we found that it was not worth the price per night.
