Guest：Fresh hotel with fantastic views and breakfast A bit unfriendly man in the reception (was clearly in a bad mood when we checked in) - but other personell was very friendly. Modern rooms. A fantastic view from the restaurant/bar on the top of the building. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices, both hot choices, and different kind of salads and something for your "sweet tooth". Actually, they had the best breakfast of all the places we stayed during our 14 nights roadtrip in Macedonia.

Guest：Great Value, Modern Comfort & Excellent Location I had a very positive stay at Mercure and would recommend it. * Modern Rooms: The room was clean, comfortable, and with modern furnishings. * Excellent Air Conditioning: The air conditioning was highly effective and provided strong cooling – a definite plus. * Convenient Location & Free Parking: The location was excellent for accessing the area. A major benefit was the free on-site parking. The process was simple: take your parking lot ticket to the reception upon arrival, and they scan it to validate your parking for the duration of your parking. * Very Good Value: Considering the quality of the room, amenities (especially the strong AC), location, and included parking, the price offered very good value. Overall, a highly recommended stay for comfort, convenience, and value.
Guest：This was so not luxury. It was a mid basic hotel, like a Days Inn or Comfort Inn. I'm shocked this has a 5 star rating. There were marks all over the walls and the shower flooded. The surrounding area is full of trash and people begging for money. Bad vibes.
