Guest：Kids above us ran back and forth stomping all night long this is why I requested a top four children should be put on the bottom floor did not get any sleep. Stain on couch of who knows what.
Guest：The room and outside property was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The wi-fi is not a secure connection so I didn't use that. They had a nice business area in the lobby (also didn't use that). The breakfast was very good and it was nice that it started at 6am so that we could make use of it on days we had an early start. Good areas on and around the property for walking a dog, and cleanup bags and disposal were provided in the back area. There was an issue with getting charged twice for our pet fee, but that was fixed upon request so overall, it was a great stay!
Guest：If I have to stay in the Springfield/Eugene area again. I eoukd stay in this hotel again. The front desk staff is friendly. The area around the hotel is clean. They offer plenty of snacks for people. You are walking distance of many food options. And if you bring something to their attention they dont get nasty like some plaves would. They are eager to want to get it resolved.
Guest：Motel was in a nice area. It was easy to locate. Premises was pleasant. The staff were helpful. The room was spacious, the bed was especially comfortable, the room and bathroom were extremely clean and quiet.
