Guest：This place was so beautiful it’s very remote and gorgeous property . There is so much to do here they have so many complimentary activities you can do like kayaking , snorkeling , chocolate tasting ,etc. The people are so kind and the food was the best I have ever had chef Khaled food is one of the best food I have ever tasted. Everything was fresh and home made his authentic cuisine speaks from his heart . We loved his food so much we will definitely come back for his food. The resort is beautiful they have yoga on top of the mountain in a serene space with sound healing which was very relaxing . I really enjoyed my time here in every way . The only thing that I wish I would have known is that we accidentally came during rain season and for that reason I was a little bummed it’s the opposite seasons of US which I wish I would have looked into before because it poured rain daily . This didn’t hinder my lovely experience and will hopefully come back again during their dry season from Oct- March is what they told me I believe .
Guest：Good family place. I wish there were more shaded areas close to the pools. The stone used around the pools must be replaced; they were a huge hazard to fall when wet and burn your feet really bad; we saw a few people falling. The room was OK; nothing special but are in need of upgrades & basic maintenance. Our bathtub for instance did not hold water. The staff is great and the nature around you beautiful. All-in-all a great place but compared to the Ritz-Carlton around the corner the Four Seasons is no longer the best hotel in the area.
Guest：Four Seasons Costa Rica was outstanding. The view was beautiful, the room was excellent, and the staff was attentive from start to finish. Both beaches were great, and the service at the restaurants was exactly what you would expect from a Four Seasons, if not better. It delivered the kind of high-end, polished experience you hope for when you book a luxury resort.
Guest：I loved it here. It is lively without being too much, there is plenty to do and the staff truly are wonderful and make a difference. I wasn't sure how much I was going to benefit from "great service," but it was everywhere. Making sure I had a full glass of ice water, setting up chairs at the drop of a hat, ordering food from different restaurants simultaneouly to be delivered on the beach... They were very good. I loved our basic Teraza room - it was everything we needed and wanted. There were opportunities for complimentary drinks, ice cream, slush... Yes it is a Four Seasons and it is expensive here, but the value was pretty good. There are plenty of seating options, but if you are a shade person you will have to plan ahead just a bit to figure out where the shade is, how the sun changes through the day, etc. But it is doable. Bonus points for the on-site doctor, which I never wanted to need, but my daughter had an issue with her eye and there was no chaotic trip to urgent care - it was steps from our room at $150/visit. I hope to return.
