  • Guest：Absolutely wonderful, friendly and helpful staff with excellent service ! Always happy and very welcoming! ?? We loved the hotel facilities like swimming pool and little area next to it with summer bar, bar and restaurant inside the hotel. We really liked that it was Foosball & Pool table to play ! Walking distance from hotel to seaside was only 5-10min, the same to local shops and restaurants where you can eat local Tapas ! We definitely can recommend this place and we are hoping to be back here one day again ! ????

Negatives tv wasn’t working no USB Points within the hotel and hot breakfast at 8.30 am looked as though it had been cooked hours earlier and no bins In buffet area for rubbish
  • Guest：Hotel definitely not a 4 star ! Who grades these hotels. !! Amenities basic - outside pool area nice and quiet and clean. No tea and coffee making facilities in room - very disappointing. Our stay did not include food although you could pay as you go. 12 euros each for buffet breakfast - quite expensive. We found a traditional cafe a few minutes walk away which we would walk to every morning for our coffee and tostadas “Cafetería Luna” . Definitely worth a visit. Lovely family run cafe. Strange decor in hotel - very tired looking and requires refurbishment. The staff friendly. Lack of atmosphere. We stayed on the third floor overlooking the beautiful villas and we could see the sea in the distance. Definitely opt for a room with the villa / sea in the distance view as there are building works the other side (building apartments). It was not noisy though. 10/15 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. We did enjoy our holiday and the hotel was rather quaint but we did enjoy our stay overall. If you want quiet and one small pool and a bar that opens at 11.00 am until 11.00 pm and no tea and coffee facilities in your room then this is the hotel for youx. Roquetas de Mar is not too touristy and we definitely would return to the area but stay in a different hotel.
