  • Guest：I'm kind of surprised by all these positive reviews. The rooms are actually quite dark and dingy and need of updates. Our bathroom look like it had brown mold or something growing on the walls, the toilet seat was too small for the toilet, there were broken tiles on the floor and the fan didn't work. It's just really kind of a gimmicky outdated and outmoded looking place and not particularly comfortable. Service on the other hand was stellar.

  • Guest：Great location . Buzzing atmosphere. Great value for money. Beautiful views from the rooms and terrace . Lembris and John were great in sorting out our special meals by going out of their way . All other staff were very friendly and helpful.
  • Guest：My stay was OK, but nobody from the hotel advised how to enter Serengeti Park via flight, while fees to be paid in the hotel - I was stuck at Serengeti airport for 3 hours
