Guest：Accomodation was clean and view was great. Aircon dit not work and on Studay night and Sunday morning we had no water.

Everything feels stylish, welcoming, and well cared for. The views are simply amazing and really add to the overall experience — perfect for relaxing and unwinding. On top of that, the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make the stay comfortable. Guest：We enjoyed our stay at 305 Guesthouse. The room was spacious, with a balcony and a nice ocean view. The property is well-maintained and clean, offering good amenities, though there is no pool. It has its own restaurant, but there is no direct access to the beach.
