Guest：The hotel is well located just in front of the river Rhein. We booked a room with view on it an dit was spectacular! The hotel is perfectly clean and well organised. The personnel is always open to help, smileing, comprehensive. what a lovely discover ! I strongly recommand it !
Guest：Very pleasant hotel for a long weekend in Konstanz Very nice hotel for a visit to Konstanz. Great location and nice bar area and close restaurants and grocery store. For the high level of service and quality of accommodation I would have expected room service and USB charging outlets in the rooms. I would have otherwise rated the hotel excellent.
Guest：Not at all a customer-oriented hotel. The spa costs extra, which is fine, but you don't really figure that out until you're already trying to use it, and then you have to go down to reception, and it's a whole thing. Btw, the bar and its menu look nice but those are some of the worst drinks we'd ever had, which is saying a lot. They are expensive and poorly made. The gym is a joke. Location was mid at best. The room was okay, but overall the staff is a bit rude, and generally this was not an enjoyable place.
Guest：Top Hotel Wir waren 2 N?chte über das Seenachtsfest da. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut 10/10. Es gibt eine sch?ne Dachterrasse. Die Zimmer sind klimatisiert und dauerhaft mit Strom versorgt. Die Betten sind bequemer als unser eigenes. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Rhein und zwischen zwei guten italienischen Restaurants. Direkt gegenüber gibt es ein ECenter um Eink?ufe zu erledigen. Parken kann man im Parkhaus gegenüber für 14€/Tag.
