Guest：This hotel should advertised as perfect for those who don't like to sleep! We arrived on a Friday afternoon and noticed it was directly opposite a nightclub. The information given to us by Jet2 and on the hotels website did not mention this. Friday night from 12am-6am there was loud music and shouting from this club but when we asked we were told the club only opens at the weekend so decided to just carry on. Unfortunately from the 27th May it is open every night! Closing the doors was our only option but as the air conditioning only goes down to 18° the rooms are warm and very stuffy. Self catering equipment was basic, 1 pot, 1 frying pan a microwave and a few utensils, not fit for purpose really. The staff and the service in the hotel itself are great but this is definitely not a hotel for families or anyone who likes a full nights sleep.
Guest：Rooms very clean, cleaned daily, towls changed daily if required, rooms spacious aircon very good, our room at rear of hotel was relatively quiet at our request due to night club at front of hotel on till the early hours,TV didn't work but didn't report as not on holiday to watch tv, pool bloody freezing way to cold for us staff very friendly and helpful Don't waste time with buses uber and bolt taxis very reasonable and most things are within 20-30 minutes walk away
Guest：Just arrived less than 24 hours ago and we are really impressed with what we have experience so far. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Pool area very inviting and what a great idea the hotel has, is that you are not allowed to leave your towels on the sunbeds and return hours later..Brilliant ! Great pool bar servicing food & drinks. Great location just far enough away from the strip. If you like the afternoon sun, request a room at the back not a pool view. What we have experience so far, we are loving
Guest：Lovely hotel, great position to lots of things to visit. Room was clean and presentable, everything you needed for self catering. We did use tourist train a lot a great way to get about and stops at top of street from hotel. We didn’t encounter any noise from The Strip, but being at the back of hotel we hit lucky and sun on veranda all day. Only fault to find is there’s nothing on at place, no entertainment at all, even Tv is small in large hall. But it’s a minor detail as plenty to go out and see most evenings. But can’t fault place, reception ladies were helpful when we needed them. Fabulous grounds well maintained, pool area, cleaned regularly.
