Guest：The hotel sits in the old part of Scuol in an ancient building and this is a nice thing. However the restructuring of the interior spaces made the structure quite anonymous. In spite of the restructuring process no elevator has been built as well as no air conditioning system: Scuol is 1200 meters high, not 1400 as the person at the reception told us, and the meter on the window of our room marked a 39.2 C as maximal temperature reached during our stay. This is hardly acceptable in a 4 star hotels that charged 760 CHF for a small double room for 2 nights. Such an hotel should have at least a nice swimming pool. In reality the pool is available but is a public pool where the number of people present and the round shape of the two main pools render swimming all but impossible. Last but not least: the pool can be reached after a 500-600 meter (and 85 steps) walk. On the positive side, the quality of some of the breakfast food (smoked saibling, cheeses) was good.
Guest：Wir sind wiederum sehr glücklich nach ein paar Verw?hn-Tagen im GuardaVal. Gemütliches Ambiente, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und hervorragende Küche. Bereits das Frühstücksbuffet l?sst keine Wünsche offen, auch feiner Kaffee und Eierspeisen werden rasch gebracht. Butter und K?se sind von herausragender Qualit?t, auch die Brote, Geb?ck, Müeslis - frische Früchte und S?fte, einfach lecker. (Mmmh, das Kuchenrezept h?tte mich interessiert.) Auch die Halbpension ist ausgezeichnet und gibt eine t?glich wechselnde Auswahl. Die Zimmer sind chic renoviert, mir gef?llt der Holzboden - und Sauna und Dampfbad sind ein toller Luxus. Wir sch?tzten auch den Eintritt ins grosse ?ffentliche Bad.... zum Glück waren wir dort, bevor es eine lange Schlange beim Einlass gab...... Die Verbindungen ins weitl?ufige, sch?ne Skigebiet sind mit dem Ortsbus super! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Guest：Toller Aufenthalt in allen Beziehungen. Leckeres Essen und freundliches Personal. Nur die Direktions- Assistentin sollte lernen, wie man mit G?sten umgeht. Sie hat meine Freundin so angeschnauzt, dass sie in Tr?nen ausbrach! Nie wieder werden wir dieses Hotel w?hlen.
Guest：Das Essen war unglaublich kreativ und sehr gut. Tolle Weinkarte. Unser Zimmer im 3. Stock erlaubte uns eine wunderbar Sicht über Scuol.
