  • Guest:I chose this hotel because of it's location to the beach and Nessebar old town which were both fantastic. The second factor was its spa facilities which were non existent. There was a steam room and Sauna that were rarely turned on and one masseur who would lear at the ladies on the beach. There was no way his hands were coming anywhere near me. Really disappointing. The beach was lovely but the 'beach service ' assistant was awful. Rude is an understatement. We went to the beach once and he was so obnoxious when we took an ashtray from a bed that, we were to find out later, could be rented at extra cost. He was so aggressive and snatched the ashtray away without any explanation. He then sat all day snearing at the guests. We used the pool after this. The pool was lovely but, yet again, the pool assistant was rude and unwelcoming. We were not told that you needed a ticket to take a beach towel. He very sharply pointed to the desk and barked at us and everyone else who were ill informed about this on arrival. The loungers were plentiful but hard plastic with no padding, making them extremely uncomfortable. I had 2 of my own towels but they were not enough to make them any easier to lay on. The pool bar was ok but the cocktails at the lounge bar were much nicer. The food was ok. Typical of most all inclusive hotels. Breakfast was the best meal of the day. The only negative comment would be that nothing was ever hit enough. The dining room staff were refreshingly friendly. The hotel was clean but the rooms were tired. Our curtains didn't even fit the windows but it was clean enough. Sadly I wouldn't recommend this hotel, purely due to the rudeness of the staff. I don't expect red carpet treatment but a smile and respectful manner should be the minimum requirement when hiring staff.
  • Guest:Dirty place in nasty naberhood. Close to the beach BUT not a nice area around!!! Beds are like sleeping on the floor, nasty food is wrong to say but the food is okay. The bar in the reseotion erya dont know how to smile and slow as hell! so overall, dont go ther!
  • Guest:The good: Clean, helpful housekeeping staff. Vigilant staff on the restaurant floor who work very hard and were a credit to the hotel. The bad: Cold, bland food, even at the start of service. Unpalatable drinks, syrupy cocktails, unrecognisable mixers. The Ugly: Parents getting drunk while their Young Kids ran amok through reception and communal areas. Rude, obnoxious adults too busy getting drunk and shrieking and singing at the top of their voices with no consideration of others while the hotel staff do nothing to take control or address
  • Guest:We booked this 8 day break late in the season and to be honest our expectations were not that high. Well done MPM Arsena, warm reception on arrival and very helpful. Hotel was lovely and clean, they were even cleaning outside in the rain. Our room was cleaned daily by Tina (Tuna) and what a credit to the hotel she is, despite the obvious language barrier she was so warm and helpful. Never been big fans of all inclusive but this was so much better than expected, some of the dishes were so good we were willing them to be repeated. There was something for everyone at every mealtime, always fresh and vibrant and a mention to Ryan, Gia and Marina, three wonderful waiting staff that always had a smile and were on hand to help. Big shout out to Ryan, telling us how to get to Bourgas, had a great day shopping. It was the end of the season and we were still getting 100% effort from everyone, despite the weather. A big thank you to everyone and we can't wait to return in the summer. We are lucky enough to have several holidays a year and I can say, this was probably the best for quite some time.
