Guest：We stayed 3 nights during our family trip. We had two units: room 1 in the main hotel; and then also the Adara am See which is a separate apartment about 100m walk away in a separate building. Adara am See overlooks the lake on the top level of an apartment, itself a split level with a loft. All the furnishing and tiling everything are top grade. You can feel the luxury oozing from the apartment units. Tastefully decorated. Room 1 is on first storey of the main hotel and overlooks the fountain of Alter Schulplatz. Likes how the designer reconstructed the whole hotel with the ancient beams all preserved to add to the feel of the hotel cosiness. Apparently they spent 6 years re-building the structure. Service is commendable. All the staff made every effort to ensure our comfort level all met.
Guest：This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and really like the location in the quieter end of town and the rooms are comfortable, clean and full of character. Reception staff are very friendly. The hotel has a nice warm welcome feel to it. I didn’t give it a 5 as I feel the breakfast set up let’s it down. We stayed for 4 nights and each morning breakfast felt chaotic - the breakfast servery area is too tiny to accommodate a proper buffet breakfast. Bowls of fruit/muesli and even milk etc are all displayed in tiny bowls/containers so keep running out and staff can’t keep up with demand. Staff are running round trying to top up food and clear empty plates and don’t focus on proactively offering things eg extra coffee, eggs etc so you’re constantly having to ask. I just feel this could be managed a lot better now n a different way. On our last day we were trying to head off early but despite being laid up for breakfast at 0740 the lady we spoke to refused to let us in until 0800. It felt inflexible and rude.,
Guest：A hotel on the Island with parking facilities in a public parking close by. What a nice, old atmosphere! We loved the room and especially the very good breakfast. Professional receptionist and warm welcome! Recommended!
Guest：We visited the small but beautiful Hotel Adara in Lindau again. We had a Suite which was very nice. They conserved the old style of the house but renovated everything to a modern standard. We had other rooms, all were nice but this one was bigger. The staff was friendly and efficient, the room clean. We will come back.
