Guest：The staff were amazing! So polite and considerate, they made sure we had everything we needed and were super helpful. The room we stayed in was amazing!! It was clean and well presented when we arrived. The boat service was really good to get to Erakor island/mainland (it’s free and runs 24/7) breakfast and food was really nice and highly recommended booking the Melanesian night while your there, the food and entertainment was incredible we had the best time!
Guest：WOW we had the time of our lives! We stayed on Erakor for 2 weeks and had our wedding there. Our first week was a family holiday before our guests arrived and it was so beautiful and relaxing. All the staff are amazing, they looked after us and the kids so well! We stayed in the 2 bed beach villa, it was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Lots of space, right on the water. We loved the pool, the beach, the water sports and the food at the restaurant was delicious and huge portions. We did the Melanesian night and it was amazing, great food and very entertaining. On the second week we had 60 adults and 20 kids arrive. The staff were so organised and attentive and made sure everyone was looked after. The variety of accommodation types suited all of our guests. The wedding was so magical, it was everything we dreamt of and more. The whole thing was so well planned and stress free and the staff were more than happy to accomodate our every need. They even threw a separate party for the kids. It was a beautiful laid back wedding and the food was delicious! All of our guests had the best time. We will definitely be back for our anniversary!
Guest：Our family of eight stayed at Erakor Island Resort, and from the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff made us feel like family — always friendly, smiling, and happy to help with anything we needed. A huge shoutout to Cliff and Antonio, who looked after us every afternoon and during dinner — always attentive, kind, and full of good humour. To the amazing Annie, Faye, Anne, and Esther, thank you for your amazing service at breakfast and lunch — you made every meal such a joy. Natalie, Lita thank you for organising our tours! The kitchen team deserves a big round of applause — the food was absolutely delicious every single day! Clement from water sports was fantastic — making sure we had the right gear and plenty of fun out on the water. Harry, Samson, and Nimum, thank you for all the countless buggy rides (and laughs along the way)! You guys were awesome — so cheerful, helpful, and full of jokes. And a very special mention goes to Frida from the Kids Club — what an absolute gem! Our kids adored her. She went above and beyond with braiding, fun activities, and even excursions to the nearby island and local schools. Her kindness, patience, and big heart made such a difference to our stay — we’ll truly miss her! There were so many other wonderful staff members who greeted us with smiles and warmth every day — it made the island feel like home. Thank you, Erakor Island team, for an unforgettable holiday filled with laughter, great food, and amazing memories. We can’t wait to come back! ????
Guest：This place was just so lovely and relaxed. It was the perfect trip with the kids - eat, sleep, swim, repeat. The staff were friendly and the cocktails/iced coffee were delish. The water was warm and calm with lot of fish to spot. The pool was also really great. The little boat to take you across to mailand was quick and always available. You can stroll through lush forest around the island in about 20 minutes. We booked a driver (Stan the Man) for 2 half-day trips. He was great, friendly and safe driver. I think this is one place we will come back to.
