Guest：Service ambiance location Great staff service. Alexander in concierge clean. generous welcome of ruinart and fresh flowers. Great room. Cozy slippers. Lovely bed and whole hotel decor. Great music Saturday night. Doormen were exceptional in packing luggage in our car.
Guest：Poor service and value compared to other barrier hotels couldn’t get into room until 4.15! Bags arrived past 4.30 Dirty pool area with outside people using pool and leaving nappies and rubbish No free car charging even though paying for parking only need a quick charge Bathrooms flood when you have a shower over bath as small screen and as shower is over a very narrow bath and it’s dangerous as sides are curved and you slip as you need to get close to the fixed shower head On checkout no one asked if we had a good stay just young staff who were not interested
Guest：We had an excellent stay at L’Hermitage in La Baule. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location couldn’t have been better – just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options! We highly recommend L’Hermitage to anyone visiting La Baule and would definitely return! ??????????
Guest：We’re just coming back of the most beautiful and dreamy stay at L’Hermitage. I didn’t get a chance to stay there since they last refurbished it. From arrival to departure it is exquisite, authentic and so welcoming. The team was truly wonderful and made us feel very welcome. The room was bright and spacious with the most wonderful view on the beach and pool. The pool is perfectly sized for the hotel and has this kind of old luxury French vibe to it that makes it very refined. The surroundings of the hotel is absolutely stunning. We took the opportunity of a gorgeous sunset night to drive along la grande cote du Pouliguen: dreamy. By day don’t miss walking and driving around those gorgeous villas Bauloises. The valet parking was the best. Entering this hotel always feels very special but departing was as exclusive with the valet cleaning the windows of the car before we left to the airport. Such a nice and genuine touch. I definitely look forward to come back soo!
