Guest：I would have preferred an evening menu that you could choose rather than the set menus. Breakfast was excellent. The massage lady I had was superb. The reception was hit and miss. I tried to book the evening meal there but was told to book it at the restaurant however no one was there to take the booking so I had to keep going back. The bar staff were great and the happy hour and afternoon tea was a great touch. No towels at the pool was annoying when the spa people were away you couldn’t get a towel. I think the spa should be free for guests all day it just the morning. Pool table and games is good. Room cleaner kept coming into the room when the do not disturb ticket was on the door. The dryer in the ski boot room didn’t work in the locker. The location and design of the hotel was great. All in all a fabulous holiday. Thank you
Guest：Have just stayed for a week with family. Hotel rooms overall are fine. Good bathroom and main area is fine. Nice view from balcony. Problem is it’s on main walkway from bars to accommodation downtown and you are disturbed all night till 3am with drunken singing and shouting. The breakfast at hotel I found was fine but evening meals we found of low quality. We are out a number of times. Same menu every night with a few extras. The lamb was always changed for something else which was not good. This spoiled our experience. On last night it said Veal curry. Great we thought except it was cold when it came and apparently that’s how it’s served with hot fries. Disgusting. Would I recommend. No and you are sleep deprived and evening meal not good. Positives are room and boot room. Also a hike to nearest lifts. They have ear defenders in rooms so they know the issues.
Guest：Stayed here in March 26, through Crystal Ski. The hotel advertised that it catered for food intolerances. We notified the hotel well in advance of my daughters allergies to dairy and egg, they advised this would be catered for. In reality they did nothing to cater to these requirements, and were quite uninterested at providing this. We provided breakfast for ourselves and eat out to avoid eating the same item every night. Even for someone without dietary requirements the menus were poor, with the same basic menu every night. Do not use this hotel if you have any dietary requirements at all.
Guest：Pleasant staff. Clean rooms. Lots of choice at breakfast in the restaurant. The evening meal menu has limited choices, although that said, the food was top quality - there was always a meat option, fish option and a veggie option. There is also a specials board which changes every night. Decent proximity to ski lift ＜5 min walk down the hill & across the car park. Spa facilities are good but there is a cost to use at peak time. Lovely pool which is free to use. Only drawback was rooms too hot. We turned the heater off and opened the windows at night.
