Guest：Stayed for 5 nights, in the new pool rooms. First impression was excellent! However…..be aware that your little bit of paradise with a pool outside your window can be changed quickly (and early morning) by guests, especially kids crying or screaming in the pool (they are allowed, everyone’s on holiday!)…. The system of handing your key to reception if you would care for room keeping was FABULOUS (no housekeeping knocking on your door disturbing you …but don’t worry you’ll be awake any way from kids crying/screaming in the pool ???????????♀?…..) still loved the concept of house keeping not disturbing ??. The only downside of handing in your key for house keeping is that it’s not returned to reception by house keeping (I’m guessing they keep hold & you have to wait at your room for them, in the hope of them receiving a tip?……we did tip - but not on return if the key …their cunning plan didn’t work ??. The pool room was beautifully furnished. The whole hotel was soooo clean and new, from the areas we went in. As Brits we were in the minority. We would return - got used to the pool noise ??…. There’s two pools and perhaps if the vibe of selling the new pool rooms at top end, perhaps allocating the new pool as adults only maybe an idea (although I appreciate not all adults have acceptable behaviour…..at least they misbehave/scream louder in the day?) Very nicê hotel - in general
Guest：Отличный отель! Территория большая, зеленая, ухоженная. Все моют, подметают, подстригают. Бассейн чистый, плавать одно удовольствие. Номер у нас был с видом на бассейн. В номере все есть, единственный минус для меня жесткий матрас, в остальном все прекрасно. Завтраки замечательные (каша, омлет, фрукты, овощи, десерты, кофе вареный). Вернемся обязательно!
Guest：Thoroughly impressive hotel! Great food, ambiance, and proximity to the beach. The property is huge with two swimming pools. The only drawback is that one needs to walk a lot within the property. The breakfast spread is excellent! Truly memorable stay!
Guest：This was our first visit to India, we are in our 70s and we were both a little apprehensive but the reception staff were so professional/helpful all went very smoothly. We stayed for 17nts, with the following findings; Every member of staff we met were very pleasant, helpful and courteous. Housekeeping staff work to the highest standards in all areas. The garden's are stunning, the work involved was appreciated during our walk to the restaurant. Breakfast, all tastes are catered for with plenty to satisfy a fussy eater, the same can be said regarding the restaurant menu, service as ever was excellent. These standards can only be achieved by years of good management. We would say this is probably one of the best hotels we have visited, Many thanks to everyone at Chalstone for a lovely holiday. E&A
