Guest：I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations I had when booking. The staff was often rude, slow, and at times even forgot about us when we asked for assistance. The food served at the hotel was of poor quality and did not meet basic standards. There were never enough clean towels available for the pool or beach. We constantly had to wait for fresh ones, which was very inconvenient during our stay. The common areas of the hotel were dirty and poorly maintained, which gave an unpleasant impression. When we tried to use the padel court, it was covered in sand, making it impossible to play properly. While the room itself was acceptable, everything else around the hotel was far below an acceptable standard. This experience was highly disappointing, and I do not feel that we received the value we paid for. I kindly request that you take this feedback seriously and address these issues to prevent future guests from having a similar experience. Guest：It’s been a while since I stayed in a resort hotel. Firstly, it was nice to be welcomed by the staff. We had the chance to check in early, and they were helpful about this. Then we put our things in the sea-view room and went down to the seaside to get our towels. There we learned that we could only change our towels once every two days. We didn’t understand why. We couldn’t find a space in the shade, so we decided to go to the beach near the hotel. They charged us 20 euros for the beds, but it was okay. There are many children in the hotel, but they are cute. In the morning, we had to be at breakfast before 10:00. The staff started clearing everything right at 10:00 ?? so we had to be very quick. That made me a little nervous. About the location, I think it is awesome—next to the town and with direct access to the beach. For the check-out time, they were flexible, which we really appreciated.
Guest：My wife and I have now been here three times and we still look forward to returning to Doryssa Seaside Resort. And it's time to write a few words about what keeps us coming back time and time again. As soon as we arrive, we are greeted professionally and friendly by Spyros Liakakis' front desk staff. They really do their utmost to accommodate our wishes and needs. We have stayed both in the hotel and in the village, and have become particularly fond of the village. There is something unique about this part of the resort, especially for us who come from further north in Europe. The houses in bricks and stone are small, but large enough to get the feel of intimacy and coziness. They are quite close to each other without compromising privacy. Some of the good things about the Doryssa Seaside Resort is the proximity of both the sandy beach and lush lawn behind it, the pool and good restaurants at the resort. Our favorites was Koyros and Pnoe with its beautiful seafront location. The fact that it is only a 15-minute walk to charming Pythagorion, is also nice. When everything from rooms and apartments to the facility in general is kept clean and tidy, it's only top score from us. We will keep coming back.
Guest：I've traveled to Greece many times but this is my first visit to beautiful Samos. Staying at the Doryssa Seaside Resort with 5 friends. We love it! My room (in the Village area of the resort) is cute, spacious, quiet and clean. Food at breakfast terrific and plentiful. Hotel beach (European Blue Flag designation) is very nice and the clearest sea that I've seen anywhere in Europe. Hotel staff is very friendly and quick to help with requests. I have high standards, and I highly recommend this hotel - book a room in the Village section (prettier than Main building but one friend staying there and likes it too).
