Guest：Hotel room was outdated. Hotel hadncentral heating system and when I went to front desk to say it was way too hot inside the room, they told me that it was thst way and no option to change temperature. They suggested to open the windows and when I told them that we were in a fifth floor and having two little kids was not the best option, they just didnt care.
Guest：Nice hotel but the window wouldn’t close. Great breakfast though.
Guest：Clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff. Swimming pool needs renovation.
Guest：The hotel was amazing, and the staff was super helpful and kind. The location is great, 50mts from Avenida Santa Fe and one block from 9 de Julio Avenue. Would definetely stay here again in future trips to Buenos Aires!
