Guest：My husband and I had a very pleasant stay at Coc de Mer. The staff were very attentive and resolved a few small issues quickly and effectively. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The pool setting is very relaxing. Our air conditioner was noisy which disturbed our sleep but we did notify management and I'm sure that it has been sorted now.
Guest：I stayed at Coco de Mer during a business trip to KZN and had a very good experience overall. Service was excellent throughout - friendly, attentive staff who made the stay easy. The property was spotless, and my sleep quality was great, with a comfortable bed and a quiet room. Rooms and value earn a solid 4/5 from me: comfortable and well-kept, and I felt I got good value for money. The location is 3/5—convenient enough, but I would have loved more of a sea view from my room. One area to improve is breakfast service. I ate at 09:00 one morning (with breakfast advertised until 10:00). While the variety was reasonable, several dishes had run out and empty trays weren’t cleared or refilled. That shouldn’t happen within the posted serving times, and a bit more monitoring and replenishment would make a big difference. Overall: ★★★★☆ (4/5) - I’d happily return for business. With better buffet replenishment and clearer access to sea views, this could be an easy five.
Guest：I always stay at Coco De Mer when travelling from Gauteng for work. It is conveniently located close to all and any type of commercial amenities, but far away enough from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are always spot on neat and clean, and the atmosphere is calm and comforting so far away from home. The breakfast each morning is also superb and offers variety! Thank you, Coco De Mer!
