Guest：We stayed for two nights with our 5-year-old daughter in the Magnolia suite, a charming and rustic retreat. This part of the main property has been sectioned off to provide guests with their own private entrance and facilities. The retreat was clean and inviting, with heaters left on in the rooms in preparation for our arrival. The pictures did not disappoint. One room has an AC unit, which we used to heat up the room before switching to the oil heater to retain the warmth throughout the night. The other room, a much larger area with high ceilings, also has an oil heater, though not as warm due to its size it was still comfortable. The beds were super comfortable, with layers of cozy blankets to keep us warm throughout the night. Although the rooms were not as bright as shown in the photos, we appreciated the abundance of lights and lamps available throughout the property, allowing us to switch them on and off as needed. The location is fantastic, featuring a beautiful garden that is not manicured but clearly well-loved and full of charm. We wandered around the garden and met Lilian, who is lovely, friendly, and happy to chat. We would definitely come back for another visit!
