Guest：Heel mooi en gezellig, typisch Oostenrijks hotel. Hygi?ne top, wellness aangenaam, vriendelijk personeel en lekker vers eten, ontbijt top! Eten savonds kwam wat snel achter elkaar maar bediening was top. Al wat korter naar de gletcher toe en plaats parking wat aangenaam was.
Guest：Upon arrival we were greeted by the owner/manager Daniel, he was welcoming ,accommodating, and helpful in every way. This did not waiver throughout our stay. His partner Veronica, also did her very best to make sure our stay was a perfect experience. Several of our party did not own skiing materials and Daniel was able to rent us decent kit at a very reasonable rate. The staff were all very pleasant and always tried to help if we required it. Breakfast was buffet style with pretty much every ingredient, both hot and cold you would expect at a top hotel. The evenings meals were outstanding, consisting of 5 courses (including salad buffet). The main course of the day was always hearty mountain food but served with finesse. ( vegetarian/ pescaterian options were always available ) The Bar prices were very reasonable and the House red wine, in particular, was of excellent quality and very reasonably priced. My room was perfect and the decore well kept and recently refreshed. Two slight negative here, the lighting was quite minimal and searching my kit bag proved awkward without emptying it all onto the bed to search for those little bits of kit. The Wifi had a tendancy to drop in and out especially during busy times. The location was beautiful and serviced by the ski bus at regular intervals (Austrian time keeping perfection) the stop was about 50 meters from the hotel. Getting to the slopes was easy although 25 minutes on a bus in ski kit is never great. There was a Kinder Garten play room in the basement with pool table and ping pong for more grown up children like me and a wonderful spa room with everything needed to relax after a hard day on the slopes. I have noticed some bad reviews on here and only assume those people were expecting a 5 star penthouse and to have their own personal assistant. In summery, great hotel, staff, and facilities for a very reasonable price. In the imortal words of an Austrian film hero. " I'll BE BACK!!!! "
Guest：Gruppo di amici con 10 camere occupate. Aspetti positivi: hotel pulito con camere acoglienti e spaziose ed arredamento di qualità. Ottima la colazione, varia nel dolce e salato ed anche la cucina. Buono il centro benessere anche se alcune attività erano chiuse. Aspetti negativi: costo dell'acqua a cena: 5€ la bottiglia e 3,5€ la brocca con acqua di fontana (!!!). Alle 22:30 l'hotel chiude e non c'è possibilità di intrattenersi (siamo andati nella sala giochi dei bambini , giocando a carte sul tavolino per bamibini). Altro disservizio è stato per un giorno la mancata pulizia delle camere senza motivazione ed alcun ristoro
Guest：Wir waren zum 2. Mal hier und waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Soviel Herz von vor allem der Chefin findet man selten. Essen ist sehr gut und der Fondue-Abend und das Gala-Dinner bringt eine gute Abwechslung. Sonst kann man aber immer aus drei Hauptg?ngen w?hlen. Egal wie, es ist immer richtig lecker. Ebenso das Frühstück l?sst keine Wünsche offen, zumal Eierspeisen auf Wunsch frisch bekommt. Getr?nkeauswahl bietet alles was man nach dem Skifahren so ?braucht“. Auch die Weinkarte macht Spa?. Saunabereich ist auch einfach nett und das Spielezimmer für die Kids l?sst Kinderaugen strahlen. Die Zimmer sind zweckm??ig und gro?. Ausblick nach hinten wirklich toll. Vor allem alles SEHR sauber! Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung!
