Guest：I checked in to sleep and but had trouble sleeping because of nearby party. When I raised my concern, it was properly addressed. General manager of the hotel personaly talked to me, understood my concern and not just apologized but rightly compensated with food and royal tour of the palace. He even offered free accommodation for another day but my trip plan didn't allow me to take it. Mr. Shyam singh from front office courtesly explained the palace and royal dynasty. It is not the goodies, free food or the tour that impressed me to give 5 stars but the courtesy of the General manager and Shyam singh in understanding my concern and placing customer satisfaction over everything else. I will be looking forward to stay again when I come back to Jodhpur. My heartfelt true feedback is to compliment the hotel staff and hope it help future guests.

Guest：Visited first week in June, a very good hotel in midst of nature, lots of birds peacocks and green landscape and the lake enhance the beauty of nature. We actually visited open aie bar-be-que the kebab konner restaurant. Kebab platters and specifically dal makhani was ultimate. Service was prompt and staff lead by mr. moti lal was friendly. Thank balsamand keep it up.
Guest：Good hotel in midst of nature , different experience , like you are in middle of secured forest ,lots of peacocks ,birds and serene lake near by enhances its beauty . Dinner in open lawn was also good . Room was small but organized, and washrooms was very organized and clean . Good for person who wants slow and serene pace of life.
