Guest：We have spent here 7 days at the beginning of Feb’22. It was our first time in Serafus. We can recommend the hotel having in mind: Good quality of services, hospitality but also comfortable time there. The hotel is well located close to the skilifts (walking distance even in ski shoes easy to do). Comfortable area, Good quality room, nice and relax are with outdoor swimming pool with beautiful view on the mountains. One of the biggest advantage was the service provided, people working there and helping us relax during whole stay. We would like to recommend the place for all who want to spend peacfull, relax time in that part of the Tirol.
Guest：We stayed here for 5 nights having never been to Surfaus before. We were the only English group in the hotel as Surfaus is mainly popular with the Dutch, Germans and, of course, Austrians. This is a review about the hotel, but first, just to say that the resort itself was very good, with great skiing for all abilities. We were caught up in a Dutch holiday week so it was very busy with some big lift queues at peak times. If you’ve never been here, definitely worth a try. The hotel is well situated, about a 5 minute walk to the lifts. You can either use the hotel’s ski lockers or rent ones at the ski lifts to avoid the walk up hill at the end of the day. We used Bacher Sports but we would not use them again. Their ski lockers were dated and ski hire service was poor. For a little extra there was a much smarter ski hire and locker set up just at the gondolas. The hotel itself was great, we had a superior room (201) which was very spacious and comfortable with a lovely balcony facing the slopes. The food really was 5* so huge credit to the chefs who also looked after our friend’s gluten-free needs very well. The spa was also 5* - it was spread over 3 levels with an outdoor rooftop pool, and indoor brine pool, 2 saunas, a steam room, an infrared room and loads of relax areas and water beds, swing chairs for chilling etc. probably the best hotel spa we’ve experienced. As mentioned by others, the bar area is a big disappointment although it did have a nice sun terrace over the road. It was a very drab bar area, very functional with no atmosphere. So why 4, not 5 stars? As well as the disappointing bar area, a few little niggles - charging for carafes of tap water is simply ludicrous and very annoying. Our friends ended up bringing their own water bottles to dinner. It’s not the cost, it’s the principle! One evening we were offered desert wine by a waiter going round the tables at the end of the gala dinner (which was very good) so assumed it was complimentary - no it was €10 which we only discovered when we got the bill. All in all, we would go back.
Guest：A group of us stayed in Jennys Schossl to enjoy a few days skiing and we were all delighted with the rooms , the food, the spa facilities, its proximity to the ski lifts, the service... All in all, our stay was 10/10 and I highly recommend Jennys schossl. p.s They also have a beautiful retriever there!

Freundlicher Service danke Edy, und immer pr?sente Gastgeber. Die Wellness l?sst keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer sind gro?zügig, sowie ruhig und gute Schlaf Qualit?t.
