One of the biggest highlights of our stay was the exceptional support from the staff, especially the manager, Mr. Sandeep. Our original booking was for two adults and one child, but due to a last-minute change, we had three adults. While other hotels in the area did not accommodate the change, Mr. Sandeep went out of his way to help us. He immediately arranged a suitable room and made sure we were comfortable. More than just professional, he was extremely kind and helpful, giving us guidance on how to visit nearby places, transportation tips, and which was truly touching and unexpected. Overall, the hospitality, food quality, cleanliness, and friendly staff made our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.
