Guest：The Diglis Hotel is a quintessentially English hotel set in a beautiful location which could not be bettered. We booked a Feature Suite for two nights. The room was stunning and commanded fine views of the river Severn, and Worcester Cathedral. Had we known that the Feature Suites were located in a portion of the hotel where estensive refurbisment was taking place, we would have chosen to stay in the annex where we have stayed before. The weather was chilly and the room was far from warm. We mentioned this to staff and a portable heater was brought immediately. Sadly, this did little to rectify the situation. The staff, at The Diglis Hotel are superb and really cannot do enough to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. The standard of cuisine is particularly good and both breakfast and supper was outstanding. We booked a table for six persons for dinner on 13th March. Sadly, the restaurant was the most soulness dining space I have every encountered; no ambience or atmosphere. The newly introduced seating banquettes completely destroy the visual aesthetic and balance of this once beautiful room. We love this hotel and will return, however, we will be sure to establish which areas of the hotel are under renovation and also chose one of the many restaurants in Worcester in which to dine.
Guest：Great location with beautiful river views, there was some improvement works going on when we stayed but this was not disruptive just very noisy at times. Our room was very good lovely views of the river and was well fitted out with a good size wardrobe bedside cabinets the only thing lacking was the shortage of electricity sockets without getting under the dressing table to change your phone. The breakfast was very good as was dinner very happy with our stay.
Guest：We stayed at Diglis House for 4 sunny days and very much enjoyed this. The hotel is extremely well located, being right on the banks of the River Severn and just a short 5 minute walk to Worcester city centre. The hotel was undergoing a major upgrade both inside and in the extensive terrace area, but inconvenience was limited. The room was a good size, and the bed comfortable, but some of the furniture was a little tired. Maybe an upgrade is next on the list of improvements. There was a good choice for breakfast, and the one evening we ate at the hotel, the menu offered good and imaginative options. And, finally, the staff were all very friendly and attentive. I would certainly recommend Diglis House as a destination for any visit to this delightful part of the country.
Guest：Just back from a 2 night stay which was a late celebration for my birthday. Superb view from our room. Very comfortable bed. Lovely staff throughout. Fabulous freshly cooked breakfast each day with a good selection on offer. The dinner was excellent, highly recommend the haddock and chips Thank you
