Guest：Apartment was very clean. Basic but well equipped for our short stay. Bed was comfortable. Location was good....very close to the marina. Staff were friendly on check in and supplied us with clean towels on request. Pool was nice but across the road and had no seats or shade.
Guest：No balcony/outdoor space. Be careful of the pictures shown. The apartment was located on the first floor with no outdoor space, no balcony or terrace as shown. The pictures advertised showed patio doors from the bedroom and living rooms. They also showed terraces and gardens. When I addressed this with the receptionist she was rude and unhelpful and said the pictures were for all apartments. I showed her the pictures from the website. The pictures have since been changed. The swimming pool is down the street and not part of the complex as the pictures show.
Guest：We booked this hotel a few weeks before we were due to go , we originally booked a hotel but swooped as we wanted to be close to Villamora Marina , so after reading all the reviews we booked We arrived at 10.30am and was advise check in was 3pm , that’s fine that is standard in many European hotels and apartments , we left out cases behind reception and was told if our room ready early we could check in - at 130pm we were advised our apartment was ready That was great The Apartment - we were on the first floor a one bedroom with kitchen , shower room , lounge , no balcony which we knew as it’s on the website ( some rooms have small gardens but you pay more ) The air con was good felt very cool even st night The apartment was very basic The toilet which had a sink and shower in it was small and had no ventilation and I mean no window , shower was really good and powerful Towels very rough and if your there for 7 nights a property management service comes in changes your bed sheets and towels but they do not clean your room at all that’s up to you all week to clean and wash up etc and empty your rubbish outside in the big bin facing your apartments There is a microwave, cooker and fridge we did not use any of these There is a Waldrobe but again we kept our clothes in our case the whole time The swimming pool - you need a member of staff from reception to let you into the pool I think it’s privately owned as some residents of the area were there telling us they use it too which is fine by us Only 6 sun loungers sadly they see mostly broken as were the 2 unberella’s The pool is a good size and nice grass in that area the pool is about 2 min walk from your apartments across the road The apartments are 5 min walk from the marina , restaurants and nightlife so excellent location Staff at reception very nice to us but they only are there till 5pm then no one there till next day We made the best of our holiday had a fantastic time in Villamora Sadly we would not stay here again my concern is there are metal bars on the bedroom windows from top to bottom We were on the first floor facing the apartment garden , I am not sure why this is ( see photo) they are secured Aside from that it’s a place to lay your head whilst in this beautiful country with such lovely people
