Guest：Stayed in A14 it was clean, homely and a perfect size. The location is stunning and every member of staff was very kind and friendly. The breakfast buffet was brilliant fresh omelettes loads of fresh fruit i could go on and on. We eat most nights in Limone and the food was lovelly and welcoming friendly staff. I would 100% recommend Acrotel on my experience and hope to return to this or another of your resorts in the future.
Guest：We had a week package holiday here with Jet 2 as a family of 5. We loved the maisonette set up, so spacious, separate areas, lovely bathroom with towels changed daily, including beach towels, lovely touches of dressing gowns, slippers, dental sets, shaving set, shampoo, conditioner. Daily large bottle of water delivered to the room. 2 mini bar fridges and tea/coffee making. Room cleaned every morning. Very private terrace directly onto a large pool, allocated sunbeds directly outside our terrace. It never felt too busy and often we had the pool to ourselves. Little pool bar with lovely staff, they will deliver food and drinks to your terrace. We did bed and breakfast option. Breakfast was perfect. Lemoni restaurant was delicious too, amazing service and huge portions of food, we always over ordered! There is nothing within walking distance so we hired a car for 3 days which the hotel arranged for us so was very simple. There's some busy resorts within 15 minute drive for restaurants and shops, we enjoyed exploring the area. The beach is small but perfect with more space at the sister hotel 2 mins walk up the beach, there was always a sunbed available there. The sea is clear and so clean. Beach is stoney so the kids had some sea shoes, but once in the sea it's sandy. For us this hotel felt a bit like having our own villa but with the additional hotel service and facilities. The most perfect holiday.
Guest：I cannot update my previous review for this hotel Athena Pallas so I’ve come here to update my previous 3 star review and concerns as we are now on this part of the hotel site Having spoken to the manager on site after writing my review and further concerns voiced I I have to say that our concerns have been listened to and I have felt valued as a customer The food is now hotter and we have seen staff going down to see how the food is at meal times which they need to see rather than listen guests feedback We have been changed rooms which has been a lovely end to our holiday with sunshine on our patio and we thank Desi for this who has been so responsive to our feedback This is a lovely hotel with great facilities especially for families who I doubt see a lot of what is on offer and we have found in searching out towel exchange and other areas on the site I cannot fault the staff who are all so helpful and friendly and made our stay easy in many ways Please keep up the better food options
Guest：We have just returned home from the most amazing holiday at the Athena Residence in Halkidiki! We only booked our holiday two weeks ago because we had to cancel our original booking to Dorset in the uk due to our daughter needing surgery. We wanted to spend some time relaxing in the sunshine and WOW it was exactly that here at this hotel! On arrival we were offered a welcome drink then taken to our maisonette/ mini villa by golf cart which was a lot of fun, my three daughters loved this. As we had a late arrival there were beautifully presented sandwiches and mini deserts along with drinks, such a lovely touch! We then checked out our view outside the patio doors and all I can say is wow! Wow! Our holiday was so peaceful as the place was very calming, staff were on hand all of the time and did everything they could to ensure you had the most wonderful stay. Joanna who worked in our pool bar was a complete gem! She really looked after us and the girls were supper excited to see her everyday. On day one she went through everything we needed to know whilst we drank a coffee by the pool and the children played. We booked a private boat trip which my 11 year old said was the best experience of her life. The team also helped with a car rental for getting out and about. They really went above and beyond. Sadly our holiday had to come to an end but we have already looked to book again. Unfortunately it doesn’t look like there Is any availability but I’m hoping it’s only because those dates have not been released yet. Fingers crossed!
