Guest：The location is very good and it's convenient to connect to any kinds of transportation. However, the breakfast is same every single day, nothing special.
Guest：Travelodge is indeed suitable in terms of location, cleanliness and service and would be a great choice for couples and family. However, here are some pointers the hotel and visitors should note: 1. The room space is limited and if you have more than 2 large luggage , proper management is required during your stay. ?2. The daily buffet breakfast is seamlessly great with a variety and good service however throughout our 8 day stay the menu never changed - a minus ; suggestion: the hotel could change menu every alternate days or theee days would be best. There are many other fascinating Japanese food to share which could be included in the breakfast that would also impress the guests. 3.Only 2 days room cleaning service was given for our 8 day stay; and we could choose the 2days- in average 3 days once . Suggestion: hotel could provide either daily or at least alternate day cleaning service - to change towels and to empty the overflowing garbage plus to check on the necessities. Though fresh towels could be requested daily yet it’d be much more convenient if it is fixed plus the 2 small bins provided tend to get full fast.? Anyway, I did enjoy my stay at Travelodge apart from all the above . Hope the hotel management could look into the issues above to gain more satisfied guests.? You can do it Travelodge Susukino!
