Guest：It was a very pleasant experience staying at Jetwing Oatlands. Had a great time here. Specially Mr. Ishan was really sweet and polite to us, he helped us with everything.

Guest：My wife and I stayed for four nights, as well as her parents. Breakfast was a delicious buffet. Chiran was our host and he did a fabulous job making up our rooms, making us feel welcome, and getting up early to give us packed breakfast at 4:30 am before we left on a hike to the World's End. Guest：Our stay at Oatlands Cottage, owned and run by Jetwing, was truly wonderful. The cottage is just a short three-minute walk from St. Andrews, where we enjoyed our breakfast and dinner as part of the half-board package. We stayed for three days, and honestly, I only wish we could have stayed longer. The cottage itself was incredibly cosy and felt just like home. On our first night, we almost had the whole place to ourselves, and throughout our stay we had the living room entirely to ourselves — such a peaceful and private experience. A special mention must go to our butler, (Kishan) who was kind, attentive, and always eager to help. Though fairly new to the job, he was very efficient and made sure we were well looked after, greeting us warmly whenever we returned and escorting us to St. Andrews in the evenings. Each night, he also lit the fire for us so we could enjoy the warmth of the fireplace — the first night at our request, and every night after that he already had it crackling when we arrived. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that made our stay even more memorable. The only disruption we experienced during our stay was due to another visiting family, whose young children were allowed to scream and run down the corridor at around 6 a.m. The mother was also quite loud, and the children were playing with the door handles. This was in no way the fault of the hotel staff. When we raised the matter, the team at the hotel were very apologetic and assured us that the family had already departed, which was a great relief. Overall, Oatlands Cottage offered the perfect blend of comfort, charm, and exceptional hospitality — a place we’d return to in a heartbeat.
