Guest：The room was clean but the furniture was old and worn out. The cleaning staff was very helpful and attentive.
Guest：I loved staying here because it was right across the street from Mambo Beach so it was very convenient. I also loved the amazing staff and service. Chantal and Leanne were always so sweet and helpful no matter how much I bothered them. The property itself was nice. My room was like a mini apartment. I was close to the pool so it was a bit noisy with the families swimming, but there was a private pool on the other side that stayed quiet. My door was broken and safe wasn’t working, but Chantal And Leann made sure to check in and get those things taken care of right away. Thank you to the maintenance man and the cleaning ladies for fixing issues and always making sure the room was cleaned and restored with towels. There was also a store near by with necessities and souvenirs. Shout out to Rachel for the wonderful massage. ?? I loved it here. Only thing would be the restaurant that’s apart of the hotel closes early :(
Guest：This is the second time this year my girlfriend and I stayed here and we love this place. The staff is incredibly friendly and fun. The cafe food is excellent. The atmosphere is relaxing and the cafe and pool area are beautiful and serene.
