Guest：Otelde yorgan yok. Bir otelin en ?nemli fonksiyonu misafirlerine rahat bir gece uykusu uyutmaktir. Mata otel bu konuda s?n?fta kald? maalesef. Odada yorgan yoktu, istedi?imizde ise bütün yorganlarin yikamada oldugu s?ylendi. Kas?m sonunda pikeyle uyumak zorunda kald?k. Personel güler yüzlü ve yard?mc?. Restoran ambiyansi ve yemekler güzel, fiyatlar? da uygun. Kahvalt? k?tü de?il, ancak daha iyi olabilirdi.

Guest：Disappointed, potential but needs improvement We arrived to a room that looked like it had been cleaned some time ago, the pillow had a dead bug on it and the floor looked to have dirt on it. We also found a big on one of our towels. The room was small and mattress did not feel good quality. We complained and the staff showed us alternative rooms which also had dirty floors like as if they had not been hoovered. We asked for a room to be cleaned that day. We then got an upgraded room which considering the hotel was not busy it would’ve been nice for them to have done automatically. The staff were helpful when we complained, however it would have been more pleasant if we didn’t have to complain. There’s also a lovely area by the river you can sit but the seat covers had been removed for cleaning hence there was very few pleasant areas to sit. The hotel should have a spare set of covers to apply if they plan to remove all available ones or alternatively clean half so people can still enjoy the seat and clean other half at another time. The breakfast which was included was pleasant and we also got a complementary Turkish coffee on arrival due to our discomfort with the room. The staff also had an issue holding our bags after check out, the were reluctant to take them, which you would imagine as a hotel that could provide this service.
