Guest：This is a roadside motel calling itself as a resort. Here are the list of things that DID NOT work or did not exist. 1. There's not been a spa for many years, though they claim one 2. There is nothing to do ...no activities 3. The TV did not work 4. No hot water for shower 5. No response from the staff The only good thing is that the food, limited in choice, was good. If possible, I would avoid this place, unless you go just to sleep .
Guest：The property is good and clean. However, they are absolutely not kid or people friendly! We paid for room only plan. We were even okay with the R-E-A-L-L-Y slow and poor service at the veg restaurant until the breakfast incident the next morning. Usually in a buffet breakfast at similar properties for the price, they offer 2-3 varieties of dosa of our choice like podi, masala, ghee roast etc. we had a 7 year old with us who prefers only ghee roast. We requested them to consider and make a small ghee roast but they denied giving it. So he didn’t eat anything. The buffet spread had only 3 items - idly , kal dosa and pongal. Idly was so sour and we didnt have it at all. My mom had just half scoop of pongal and they charged 150 rupees for it. And we paid separately for coffee as well when it comes as part of the buffet. When we requested them to exclude pongal off the bill and wanted to pay only for coffee, they spoke to 3 different people and all of them kept talking in groups among themselves but just did not want to let go of this 150 rupees. After observing their body language we just settled the amount. We will not visit this place ever again or recommend this to our friends and family as well. Properties such as these just lose out on loyal customers if they are only money-minded
Guest：Sometimes, the jazzy photographs of a professional photographer can be very misleading... Add to that, the power of AI tools and then God save us mere mortals who are dependant on images and content given on the net. In case you're considering to go to this place somewhere in the near future, my humble request... PLEASE CANCEL YOUR BOOKING. Wondering why I'm saying that..... Ok, here goes my rant... Basic language skills of the service staff is pathetic, certainly not expecting Shakespearian English, but at least something of an elementary school level is not too much, right? In room dining services is another sore point.... We asked for glasses, spoons, plates, paper napkins to eat food we'd got from outside and fancy this... A wait of at least half hour just to get these, then you have glasses that smell of raw eggs, spoons given like there's a ration for the number of spoons per room, plates looked like they badly needed a special cleaning liquid plus sanitizing solution. The woes dont end there, there are no toilet rolls at all in the hotel and the normal paper napkins that were given ***** with plates, glasses were given to us without a trace of an apology. The toiletries included a 1 inch by 1 inch square block of soap, à 10 gm tube of an unheard brand of toothpaste, 5ml vials of shampoo, conditioner and moisturiser.... All these for 2 people for 4 days. Towels taken in the morning would be returned at night when we came back to the room most possibly just folded and sprayed with some fragrant fabric conditioner. The bath mat would strategically be picked up and placed on a stool outside the room as PROOF of bathroom having been cleant, which of course was far from the truth. Let me stop here before this becomes like a long and boring eulogy.
Guest：C'est un h?tel immense, spacieux mais vide. La déco est élégante, les chambres sont très grandes. Le calme est appréciable et vous assurera une nuit reposante. Néanmoins, la piscine mériterait quelques équipements ou quelques finitions. Le petit-déjeuner, demandé à 7h30 (à cause de notre départ) nous a été servi à 8h10, composé d'un café et de quelques toasts...
