Guest：Just arrived home from a 3 night stay, arrived before check in time, luckily our room was ready for us & we were able to check in early. Kettle & complimentary tea/coffee in room. We had a triple room (even though there were only 2 of us), with a canal view, plenty of space in room & comfy beds. Good choice of cakes, pastries, & toast, yoghurt & fresh fruit, fruit juice & coffee for breakfast, enough to keep you going for a few hours. We often sat outside by canal in evening having a drink /meal, in restaurant attached to hotel which was lovely. Staff were friendly & helpful, even booking us a water taxi for return to airport. Would definitely return.
Guest：Second stay and room was so much better this time. The room we stayed in first time was French double I believe (but was tiny). This time booked with Easyjet and had double classic. Both stays were in the annex across the way rather than the main hotel. Although there was no view in the 2nd room we had a lot more room (number 501). We had a fridge and air con. The shower although small was really good. Bedding seemed brand new. The male receptionist and also the young girl could not have been more helpful and friendly to us. We liked to sit outside next to the canal eating breakfast which was basic but fine. Location is excellent. Can walk from the train station but perhaps a good 30 minute walk or so. We found that from the airport the guglie stop (orange line) was so much easier than taking the blue line and getting off at F.te Nove).
Guest：This hotel was a lovely place to stay. I highly recommend it—the room was charming, and the location is great for exploring Venice. We booked directly through their website, which worked in our favor: we were given a beautiful canal view and offered a late checkout. The breakfast was simple but sufficient, and the air conditioning worked well, which was much appreciated. After checkout, they kindly stored our luggage so we could continue exploring without hassle. Overall, a great experience with thoughtful touches that made our stay even better.
Guest：My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and we loved every moment. Originally we booked for the pandemic but obviously it was cancelled. We were so glad we stayed with the hotel we had first chosen. Fantastic location, within walking distance of the major sites . We had a canal room and it was stunning. To listen to boats pass by and see people walking over the little bridge was totally perfect. Room was huge , kept very clean every day . Breakfast was basic but plentiful overlooking the canal . All the staff were friendly, especially the gentleman at breakfast. We would stay again in a heartbeat 100% recommend
