Guest：Stayed for two nights and it was satisfactory because of the location with park and sea views. Parking underneath is tight. NO WIFI is unusual. The bathroom/toilet area needs a complete rework, but I suspect that the owners will demolish the whole building and put up something completely new. Staff are not onsite, but were helpful.

Guest：Location, location, location. Had a ground floor unit. Yes it's an old building with a basic kitchen but the location is amazing. Fresh clean and comfy. Quiet enough to hear the ocean. Comfy beds and lovely pillows. Our 2br unit exceeded our expectations.
