Guest：Hotel semplice in stile malgascio, direttamente sul mare.. Risveglio con tramonto rosso fuoco avvolti dal silenzio.. è stata la vacanza più bella della mia vita (e io viaggio molto), questo grazie soprattutto alla nostra guida locale Alberto.. Guest：è un resort tranquillo con servizi semplici. I clienti sono quasi tutti italiani. Ci sono 2 piscine, ma la spiaggia antistante NON è adatta x bagno e snorkeling. Ci sono 2 suite, con jacuzzi privato e bidet in bagno. Propongono varie escursioni carine ed è presente anche un semplice e spartano centro messaggi. Il servizio ristorante è buono. Sia al bar che in reception, che al ristorante sono tutti molto gentili e disponibili. Forse gli unici un po' più "inefficienti" sono i responsabili (italiani) che gestiscono la struttura e il diving, che sembrano essersi adattati un po’ troppo al mora mora locale :):) Al ristorante il menù varia tutti i giorni e se non aggrada si può sempre chiedere qualcosa di più semplice o adatto ai bambini (tipo pastasciutta o bistecchina di zebù o pollo). Hanno anche qualche piatto "speciale" che si paga a parte. La struttura è sfornita di materiale di primo soccorso (non hanno nemmeno un cerotto, per intendersi) quindi portate un minimo di cassetta prontosoccorso e ovviamente le medicine di cui si possa avere bisogno. Il wifi NON funziona nelle camere adiacenti la piscina superiore (quelle dietro la reception). è bene sapere che in generale serve del CASH perché sia il negozietto del resort, che gli extra nelle escursioni, che praticamente tutti gli esercizi commerciali in zona (ad esclusione di qualche farmacia) NON accettano carta di credito. E il bancomat più vicino (che NON funziona sempre) è a 15 minuti in auto. Le mance x camerieri e guide possono essere dai 20 ai 100 mila Ariary, a seconda di quanto si vuole essere generosi. Consigliato al solito portare qualcosa x i locali, come indumenti, medicinali che non richiedano prescrizione medica e giocattoli semplici.
Guest：Resort molto accogliente,personale gentile e sorridente .Giardini bellissimi e sempre curati.Cibo vario e molto gustoso.Ottimi i buffet. Simpatici i ragazzi dello staff che ti accompagnano all'isola privata 2 volte al giorno.Diving organizzato e molto disponibile.Per le escursioni esterne ci siamo appoggiati ad Alberto tour Nosy Be che ci ha portato alla scoperta dei fantastici luoghi di questa magica isola.Visite organizzate con cura,pietanze buonissime e attenzione a ogni esigenza.Consiglio a tutti di andarci una volta nella vita.
Guest：There are good points and bad points... Firstly, The staff were very friendly and they tried their best. The location is really good. The upkeep is good although could do with some improvement. The garden pool and rooms are excellent. The bed was very comfy. We were offered an upgrade and immediately regretted it. As the bed was not as comfy and the bedding very old and worn. The new room had bugs which kept biting us at night. They weren't mosquitos so maybe fleas or bed bugs. The main pool got cleaned whilst we were there but within days it was building up.with mould again. Dinner way too late on occasions we only ate after 8.30. The food was generally OK. Mostly Italian food. They do need to cover food as flies tended to sit on the food. Especially the morning fruit. The chocolate tart caused a great amusement with the staff and guests as it was so hard you couldn't even cut it ... but a new dessert was brought out. The maitre de was excellent and had a great sense of humour. Food hygiene and handling needs some attention as one staff member put his hands into the bowl of nuts and ate some to taste them then served them onto plates with his hands without washing hands etc. No English translations and Google translate didn't always work but the staff tried their best. Very italian based hotel. If an Italian group was in we were pushed aside and had to fit in with their requirements. We couldn't book or get into excursions. The private beach wasn't raked and was full of sandflies. The massage therapists were incredible - big thumbs up. The hotel could do with offering smaller change as we only had large value money. Thus tipped too much when out and about. The hotel transfer was terrible.. the first car seemed to have transmission problems and the return car had to be pushed started and then stalled along our route. It also had a loose wheel we feared for our lives. This is a point as we had booked excursions with a different company and their vehicle was air conned and its upkeep.was great . The transfers should be better.
