Guest：Third time staying at Haus Anita since 2018, hosted by Diana P. We keep coming back w friends and family because the apartments are great and location perfect with closeness to Talstation. Spacious rooms, great mountain views, near electric bus stations. We will come back again in the coming years!
Guest：Great apartment with stunning Matterhorn view. Well laid-out, feels homely and comfortable, quiet, and in a good location (5 minute walk to Matterhorn Express and frequent bus to town centre, which is only an enjoyable 15-minute walk away). Super nice and helpful hosts. Large private ski room. Highly recommended!
Guest：We loved our stay in Chalet Anita. We were a group of 5 families with varying ages of children from 3-15years old. We were spread over 2 floors in different apartments and the chalet fitted perfectly for our needs. Kitchens were well equipped, everywhere was lovely and clean and living space perfect for families to enjoy drinks and meals together, along with the hot tub which was a great hit too (for use on ground floor 6 person apartment). Diana was so helpful with her local knowledge and on the phone if we needed her anytime. We also ordered in Shopping to be delivered to the chalet at Diana's recommendation the day before and she put it all away for us too! Location was great, we never tired of the stunning view of the Matterhorn everyday and a 5 minute walk to the Doraz Intersport ski hire - this the best place to hire, it's slightly more expensive but has free storage which is essential we would say as the short walk back to the chalet up the steep hill is better in snow boots than ski boots! The Spar shop is about 10 minutes walk away, good for just a couple of items but for bigger shop go to Coop, as its much cheaper and lots more choice. The town has lovely quaint bars, recommend Bar 55, in The Firefly Hotel, so beautifully designed and go to The Brown Cow in the main highstreet, the restaurant looks stunning, but we only stopped for a drink, you would need to book for food as its very popular, we couldn't get in... Also a visit to the Igloo Bar is worth it just off one of the blue runs . Overall, Zermatt is expensive but for that the ski runs were very quiet (we went 29th Jan-5th Feb). We ate on the slopes at lunchtime everyday, and had easy cook meals at night, it didn't work out that much more than we would normally spend on a self catering holiday. Definitely worth a visit to experience everything Zermatt has to offer.
