  • Guest：This hotel is a lovely hotel but please make sure you get the option of having a look first before you stay I have just stayed here just for one night no one at reception you have to call the number and someone will come the beds are comfy but the bins were not empty the shower has a blockage so all the back water was in the shower not finished round the bottom so all the wood was rotten towel rail was hanging off no lock on the sliding door coffee and sugar was rock hard had been there for a while toaster was still in the box in the cupboard I had messaged the day before for some pictures of the room it said a family room as me and a elderly gentleman was sharing just 2 double beds no privacy whatsoever got no reply breakfast was included but you don't get what you pay for if you wanted a full English it was ￡8.95
  • Guest：I have only given three stars for the location and views of the sea, the rest is downhill sadly. When I arrived to check in, two other couples were huddled in the doorway in the cold waiting to be let in. There was a note on the door to say, “ call this number to be let in “. Apparently, they had been waiting 25 minutes. So I went off and came back later, not a good start. Room was for two nights, shared bathroom. Problem was, no toilet paper, and cold shower in the morning. Breakfast was very average, so I paid to eat elsewhere the next morning ( even though included in the price ). Bed was not made second night, and no clean towels or extra water left. The hotel is in definite need of modernisation. Even though it is cheap for Deal, it needs to be cheaper I feel. Don’t include breakfast also, give people the choice, as lots of good breakfast venues in Deal. If you are ok with basic, no thrills this place is for you. But maybe bring your own loo rolls!
  • Guest：Small room, small bed, even smaller dated bathroom but the staff were friendly and polite. The hotel is beautifully located right in the centre of the seafront, just across from the pier. Breakfast was freshly made as well as continental available.
  • Guest：Firstly the room had a great view. The downside was the en-suite had a few issues. The shower head was in poor condition with limescale build up and needs renewing. The water also ran down the wall which had limescale in areas. The extractor fan was blocked with dust. The toilet brush was old and looked awful. The window plant box and window ledge had pistachio nut shells amongst them. Plants were in need of watering. Sadly the mattress was a memory foam one and became very hot, so ended up sleeping on top of the duvet. Lastly the vegetarian breakfast option had some poor quality items and only attempted it once.
