Guest：Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti in questo hotel. Inizialmente "spaventati" dalle altre recensioni, in realtà ci siamo trovati piuttosto bene. Camera bellissima con vista eccezionale dal terrazzino. Cena buona, ma un plauso particolare va alla colazione del mattino, abbondante e variegata con cornetti e krapfen freschi. Consiglio soltanto al personale di essere più "accogliente" e maggiormente flessibile, soprattutto nel non imporre come unico orario di cena quello delle 19.00. Per il resto, consigliato.
Guest：We stayed here for the Christmas Holiday. The Hotel rooms are pretty much as I remember from the original part from the 1980s, but what on earth have they done to the place ? The Old part (to the left as you look at the front) Is practically abandoned now, I was told is is used as staff accommodation, there is a Jacuzzi and a gym in the basement, but gone is the swimming pool and sauna, the old bar and lounge/dining room seem to be storerooms and heaven knows what has happened to the Kitchen. I was to that there are only 15 rooms now, whereas the old part was able to accommodate groups of around 50 people comfortably, and provided full board. They had a lift long enough to take an Ambulance stretcher, and ramps up to the reception area or down to the swimming pool. Nothing of the sort now. Whilst the quality of the rooms has not suffered, the Customer service certainly has !!! There was no-one on duty after midday except for a hard working cleaner. The caretaker/manager went off duty at 1200 and after that there was no service at all, bar and dining room closed. If you arrive after midday as we did, there is no Welcome, your key cards are left on the reception desk and its help yourself ! No one to tell you here your room is and (Please come to reception by 10am tomorrow to check in). I feel there is a huge opportunity lost here. The valley leading up from Colle Isarco is well known for Winter sports, skiing, snowboarding, sledging and hiking, with a sports centre about 3km away and there is only 1 restaurant open in the whole valley, and it's packed out every night. This Hotel could do so much more trade if they opened the Bar and Restaurant in the winter months, and made you feel welcome. Nothing wrong with the accommodation but the non-existent Customer Service makes this feel so disappointing for me.
Guest：La struttura, a due passi dalla chiesetta di Sant'Antonio, in Val di Fleres è stata da poco (novembre 2023) acquisita da una catena di albergatori locali. La struttura è curata, anche nel minimi particolari. La camera e il bagno erano spaziosi. L'unica pecca, su cui possono migliorare, è l'assistenza. Al momento del nostro arrivo non c'era nessuno, neanche la nostra camera. Abbiamo chiamato e alla fine la ragazza, GENTILISSIMA E DISPONIBILISSIMA, che da sola gestisce tutto, dalla colazione, al bar, alla reception ci ha consegnato le chiavi della camera. Torneremo, sicuramente, sperando che ci sia migliorato!
Guest：Hotel completamente rinnovato, ambiente caldo, con arredi moderni in legno. Siamo stati in questo hotel con una coppia di amici e abbiamo preso 2 camere, entrambe belle, grandi pulite e funzionali, con cabina doccia walk-in e grande balcone; bellissima la vista da entrambe le camere. La scelta per la colazione era varia e abbondante, ottimo lo speck, il formaggio e lo yogurt. Il check-in è ad orari fissi, meglio chiamare per accordarsi, il personale è stato comunque sempre gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente torneremo.
