Guest：The bed had springa sticking in you, and was very hard like a board.
Guest：We chose this hotel because we were passing through and did not want to drive in the city traffic in Siracusa. It was, indeed, conveniently located and easy to find using Google Maps. However, we did not recognize that we had arrived because the signage was difficult to see. After a drive around the black and a little help from a neighbour, we found it. Next challenge was gaining entry. The security gate has a button to push. Since we don't speak Italian, it was a little intimidating, but it was fine as the hostess just "buzzed" us in. The receptionist was courteous and provided thorough instructions and information in English. We had the impression that the facility is brand new. Everything is fresh and clean. It appears that final decorating is still in progress. Some pictures and room numbers are still sitting on the floor waiting to be mounted on the walls. The room was clean and sparsely furnished - however adequate. The balcony was nice, but overlooks an empty lot. The main challenge was we never were able to access any hot water. After several minutes of trying, a cold shower was all we could manage. The complementary breakfast was nice and the servers eager to please. However, it seems they are unfamiliar with North American preferences. The only black tea choice was Earl Grey (we prefer English Breakfast when we say "black") and it took a few attempts to explain that we wanted milk with our tea. We did not use the pool, but it is beautiful and very inviting. Overall, this hotel is conveniently located if all you want to do is get off and on the autostrada. Otherwise it is somewhat remote as it is located in a primarily residential setting. The price was a good value and personnel seem truly committed to doing a good job.
Guest：The building is modern unfortunately the location is in the middle of no where. It is located between old houses some of them abandoned and empty lots, which make you, feel out of place. I choose this place because they offered "parking" but it’s street parking, no parking or inside parking; first come first serve and a few times we have to park on the neighbored properties. Also front desk service is very scatter, the only way of communication with them is by WhatsApp, which they don't answer right away. Mattress hard as stone, gave us terrible back pain. They offered. Netflix but it is not available, only if you are Netflix customer. No restaurant onsite, as they listed, or any restaurant in walking distance in the area. Business is done by people, and unfortunately the service felt short, it felt like they were doing you a favor by staying there, rather than being welcomed as guests
