Guest：アソーク駅近くで非常に便利。部屋も広くて一人では持て余すくらい。ホテル内にランドリールームがあり、好きな时に洗濯?乾燥ができ助かります。唯一残念だったのはスリッパがなかったこと(闻けばあったかも)。ターミナル21のダイソーで调达出来るので问题なし。

Guest：I stayed here a few days ago. The room was clean, spacious and bright, and there was no strange smell. The location is close to Asoke BTS, and there is also a cafe nearby, which is very convenient for us who are travelling to Bangkok for the first time! They are very friendly and enthusiastic. We have questions and help. Although our English is broken, still they are very friendly and patient to respond and help! Once we ordered GrabFood and didn't have time to go back to the hotel, and we couldn't call him, so we emailed him, and they replied immediately. When we got back to the hotel, we saw our food at the front desk, and we felt a sense of security. Also once we take away 711 food back to hotel, and the food is cold. We asked the staff, they help us to reheat the food by using their own microwave. The food was heated up perfectly. We wanna said thank you so much for the front desk staff. Your kind assistance made us felt much welcome and sense of security. There are some shortcomings, that is, it is a little further to get to 711, about 8 minutes on foot; The hotel is close to the main road, and the car will be noisy at night (but we are too tired and sleep well); There is a mouldy glue under the toilet. But it doesn’t bother us too much. Unless you are very obsessed with cleanliness, otherwise it will not affect anything. The floor of other toilets and washbasins is very clean; I have seen some comments that the bed is very hard. Personally, I feel very comfortable. Guest：Location is near BTS but the room facing the road can be noisy at night when there is traffic. Soundproofing is not good. The safe box in the room is unusable. One of the days of room cleaning, the housekeeper forgot to give me new towels.
