Guest：Great clean room and beddings. Superb breakfast
Guest：Monte Belvedere Hotel by Shiadu in Lisbon, Portugal was such a lovely stay for my son and I. We have been planning this trip for a few years. A friend of mine stayed here and loved the boutique hotel. The boutique hotel is set in a historical area of Portugal so not every form of transportation is granted access arriving at the hotel. This I wasn't aware of, but made me more happy we were going to be staying here. I inquired about scheduling transportation to the hotel (paid at check-in) and back to the airport (paid before checking out). We were provided with 2 affordable options. One can take other forms of transport, but it won't leave you at the hotel's entrance. We arrived early so we were able to check our bags and Ms. Martins gave us a map of Portugal and recommended where to eat while we waited for our room to be ready. We walked around, shopped, and ate before returning. Our room was ready and we were escorted to our room. Our room was so quaint and a message was left for my son for his upcoming birthday. The room comes with a tv, safe and mini bar as well as an area to make coffee and tea. There was plenty of space for our clothes and belongings. The bathroom had plenty of towels and the toiletries were earthy and lovely. We had a view of the front of the street which was great. The bed had to be the best we ever slept on. The whole vibe was nothing but cozy. Bring an international adapter/plug. Wherever you were in the hotel, the views were amazing.
Guest：Great location - just close enough to the busy area but located inside a restricted area (uber/bolt cannot enter). Breakfast at the rooftop is definitely a highlight- fresh ingredients and changing menu. We will miss our mornings there. Staff is wonderful! Bed is also comfortable although the walls a thin and we can hear top floors and outside of our room.
Guest：Nice hotel Nice hotel, friendly/chatty staff. Be aware it is 3pm check in, felt that it would be ready early after completing the check in and suggested we wait with a coffee in the roof top bar. Had to ask again at 310 as they either forgot or don’t allow. Room clean and ok
