  • Guest：Just back from a 2 night stay and everything was great,room was spotless.Annie who welcomed us and our dogs is a credit to the hotel,she always seemed to be there morning noon and night but nothing was too much and all the other members of staff were very welcoming and friendly.Great choice of breakfast and everything seemed freshly cooked and great quality,poached eggs were cooked to perfection.We also had dinner 1 of the nights and both meals were spot on and its nice theres a section you can sit in with the dogs. Location is great and the views over the water are stunning.Also its a nice 25 minute walk along the front into Helensburgh. Will definitely be back.
  • Guest：When the room is cleaned the vacuum cleaner does not get up to the skirting board and there is dust. The sink also did not have a plug.
  • Guest：Christmas lunch while visiting Helensburgh. The food was plentiful and vey nice. We had Salmon Wellington which was delicious. Staff were very attentive.
  • Guest：We went to the Ardencaple hotel in Rhu and what a beautiful experience we had especially since it was our 1st family Christmas dinner at the hotel. Food was lovely, service was fantastic and everything ran smoothly.. Friends had recommended the hotel to us as they frequent the establishment especially as it's being run by new managers so I'm glad i listened to our friends. We will definitely continue to let people know of our great experience dining there and we will also be making this our go to hotel for our breakfast, lunch and dinner as we have now sampled them all ?? and are pleasantly impressed. Well done to Kerry and her new team for making our visits happy and memorable experiences and for the chef for lovely food but mostly service with a smile and a warm welcome.
