Guest：The wifi was not working in the room. The room had the bare minimum. If you needed anything else that is usually available in other hotel rooms, you'd have to go to reception. Want to iron your clothes? Reception. Want to call a restauranr for a reservation? Reception. The hotel itself is outdated. Mould on the bathroom faucets.
Guest：Property was nice but outdated. The bathroom was very small. The dining options and times were limited (one restaurant) but the food was decent. A lot of food was overcooked. The bar staff, and check in staff were excellent. There was no hot water and the electric went out a few times.
Guest：We arranged airport pick up and ended up having to find another taxi to the resort no one came to pick us up . No hot water at all. We was suppose to get a queen size bed only to wake up in the middle of the night and realize we. Sleeping on 2 twin size beds. No stores in the resort to buy like snacks etc… they had a small gift shop that was closed all 3 days we were there. Beautiful resort beautiful views more like a place retired people go vacation . The food was not great it was ok older people resort relaxing calm .
Guest：I really do not like leaving a bad review but there are some things than need improving. Place was nice but just didn’t seem kelp up too well. The lobby smelled like sewage and we had no hot water to shower. Rooms have no clothes storage for the most part. Corners of room and bathroom dirty. Maybe it was just our room. People were friendly. Would not go back. Food was ok.
