Guest：friendly staff and worked very well without a receptionist , when checking in
Guest：Lovely find in Christchurch Stayed with our daughter for the weekend. The property was lovely. Really clean and tidy with a freshness smell as you walked in. The head housekeeper was really friendly and helpful. They made their own croissants, bagels and yoghurt for the guests. We stayed in the family room in the roof. It was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Will be back next time we are staying in Christchurch.
Guest：AmaZING X Booked for two nights, double room - pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a mini suite (Room 4, ground floor). Very handy as I am disabled. Amazing quality, touches to detail, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Continental breakfast was fab (ham, cheese, smoked salmon, cereals, croissants, milk, OJ etc - all high quality). No hesitation in HIGHLY recommending Grosvenor Lodge x
Guest：As someone that’s always stayed in chain hotels I thought I would give something different a try and I am so happy I did! The hospitality was incredible and felt so personal and homely. The room was beautiful and everything inside was high quality. The place has a real family feel without losing any of the cleanliness and professionalism of a chain hotel.
