Guest：Clean comfortable hotel great for solo or couples! Nice and simple if you're just needing somewhere to sleep at night. Very clean and comfortable. The fridge being restocked daily for free (water, soda and beer) was an excellent touch, also some snacks on arrival. Check in was very easy, I actually didn't see a single member of staff during my stay, they were definitely there, I just didn't see them since I was gone all day. Location is excellent 15/20 mins walk from the main train station, or jump on the bus for 5 mins (city travel pass is included for free). I enjoyed walking along the lake to get into town. Highly recommend a visit to the top of Mount Pilatus! Overall a great place, I would stay again!
