  • Guest：I was blown away by the professionalism and kindness of each and every member of staff! Very lovely place to stay and everyone is very helpful and friendly.
  • Guest：The beds are as good as ever and we had a good night's sleep. Staff too are friendly and helpful. However the room itself, carpets and upholstered chair, lowered baths and toiletry bottles were looking decidedly shabby. We have been using this hotel on and off for quite a few years and although they have changed the communal areas, some effort needs to be put into the rooms.
  • Guest：If your dream break involves glamorous views of warehouses, loading bays, and the shimmering majesty of an industrial estate… then congratulations, you have found PARADISE. This place has it all: factories, asphalt, Elland Road, and (did I mention?) factories. We were heading to Elland Road to watch Chelsea lose (again). And yes, they did lose, but somehow we still had a cracking time. “How is that possible?” I hear you cry. Simple: the staff are absolute heroes. Hospitality isn’t an easy gig, strange shifts, questionable pay, and customers who sometimes seem to have been raised by wolves (the animals not the football team). Yet whatever they’re feeding the team here (coffee? hope? raw determination?) it’s clearly working. They’re fantastic. Kelly in particular deserves her own statue, absolute standout, charming, unstoppable, a hospitality assassin in the best possible way. The other lovely lady at breakfast (whose name I didn’t catch because I was too busy inhaling sausages) was equally brilliant. Together, they could run a small country. Now, a couple of tiny negatives - microscopic, really: The bathroom fan sounded like a Boeing 737 preparing for take-off. I considered fastening my seatbelt… There was also a rogue chip left in the room. Either housekeeping missed it, or someone was mid-snack and just… lost focus. Honestly, understandable. Aside from the aviation-themed fan and the wandering potato, the stay was excellent. The food? Surprisingly good! The vibes? Top-notch. The staff? Almost worth losing to Leeds for. ?? See you again soon, industrial estate and all.
  • Guest：As a frequent traveller and having stayed in numerous hotels over 40 years, this was the best hotel stay, the service from the staff excellent, the food (Mixed Grill, Steak, Curry and breakfast) all excellent. every request was fulfilled quickly including an extra pillow delivered to the room quickly. This was over the weekend when Leeds played Liverpool at home so the hotel was quite full. We have stayed at Premier Inn's before but this was far superior to the service received at other hotels
